The Service and all QR codes are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not guarantee that a QR code will scan on every device or in every condition. You are responsible for testing your QR code before using or printing it.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you encode. You agree not to use the Service to create QR codes that link to or contain illegal content, malware, phishing or fraud, content that infringes others’ rights, or anything harmful, hateful or deceptive. You must have the right to use any logo or image you add. We do not store or review the content of your QR codes, because they are created in your browser.

4. Your QR codes belong to you

You may use the QR codes you create for personal or commercial purposes, including print, without attribution. Static codes created here do not expire and do not depend on our servers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeQR and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any QR code created with it.

6. Third-party services and links

The site displays third-party advertising and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it at a harmful rate, or interfere with its security.

We may change the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
